One thing that seems to be a common theme every year when the Crossfit Open starts, is the pure damage people do to their hands. We've all seen those posts. People will do pull ups (or another movement) so many times for one of the open workouts that it will lead to what is commonly called "flappers"; when you rip the calluses off your hands.
